Thank You
The Silent Auction held at the library during the month of April was a great success. The Foundation would like to thank all who donated items for
the auction and all the bidders. Over $5,250.00 was raised due to your generosity.
The above fundraising is being directed toward two significant projects:
- Maintaining the bookmobile which serves the community 12 months of the year, reaching seniors, children and families who are unable to visit the library due to poor health or lack of transportation.
- Design of a comfortable, welcoming "front room" for readers.

Foundation Thanks
You
The Foundation thanks you for your support of
the Carson's Community Day coupon sale held on Feb. 28, 2004. We
made a profit of $1,650. This will be used for foundation projects
such as the preschool children's area and the operation of the new
Bookmobile. We are grateful for your support!
To everyone who donated or purchased goods or services
from the Silent Auction, the Foundation is profoundly
grateful. The Silent Auction raised $5,250.00, and the Spring Bake Sale raised another $473.00.
This will be used for the following projects - Bookmobile - provides
access to books and other media for residents of the library district
who might otherwise never have the opportunity to enjoy and enrich
their lives and the completion of the redesigned children's area.
