Agreement with Terms and Conditions:
This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to use of the Foundation for the Indian Trails Public Library District Website
("Agreement") by you, an individual accessing the Foundation for the Public Library District Website ("Visitor"). By accessing the Foundation for the Indian Trails Public Library District Website ("Website"),
Visitor agrees to the following terms and conditions. If Visitor does not agree, Visitor has no right or license to access the Website and Visitor should not do so.
Changes in Terms and Conditions:

Warrant that You Have All Necessary Rights:
Visitor hereby represent and warrant that Visitor has all necessary rights in and to all Postings Visitor provides and all material they contain
and that Visitor's Postings shall not infringe any copyright, trade secret, patent or other proprietary rights of third parties.
Authorize for Use:
Visitor hereby authorize the Foundation to use Visitor's Postings on the Website. Visitor shall have no claim or other recourse against the Foundation for the
infringement of any propriety right in Postings. In addition, Visitor authorizes the Foundation to use all or part of Visitor's Postings in the Website.
